In Arizona, your A/C isn't optional - it's essential. And when a system that critical isn't getting clean, dedicated power, you're setting yourself up for problems. Tripped breakers, voltage fluctuations, premature wear on the unit. It adds up fast.

This home needed a proper dedicated circuit to power the A/C panel safely. We ran a 60 amp circuit with 6 gauge wire - the right wire gauge for the load - so the system gets exactly what it needs without pulling from other circuits in the panel. No shared loads, no compromises.

Before we touched anything, we verified voltage at the panel with a Klein Tools clamp meter. That step matters. It tells us exactly what we're working with before we make any connections, and it's how we catch issues that aren't obvious just by looking. Electrical troubleshooting starts with real data, not guesswork.

The existing panel had multiple loads already accounted for - air handlers, a range, sub-panels, external receptacles. Adding a dedicated A/C circuit to a panel that's already busy means you have to know what you're doing. We do. Getting it right the first time protects the equipment and keeps the home safe long-term.

A dedicated circuit isn't just an upgrade - it's the baseline your A/C system was designed to operate on. If your system is running on a shared circuit or your panel is getting crowded, that's worth paying attention to before it becomes a bigger issue.
