Not only did Mike get to our house in Apache Junction quickly, but he fixed the problem in the electric box in 15 minutes. Since he was there he took a look at the GFCI outlets as well. It turned out that the outlets weren't bad like we thought and had just been wired incorrectly. Mike quickly rewired all of the outlets and they all work perfectly now. "Johnathan and his apprentice came to my home for a quote and I knew right away that they were who we were going to choose for our job. They were professional, kind, and explained everything thoroughly for me, a novice in all things related to electricity. They gave me a very fair price, compared to the other companies I got quotes from, and explained what they would do in great detail. I had them do some serious work on our back patio: install a tv, install 2 new outlets, fix 1 outlet, install new floodlights/ security cams, install 2 fans which required rewiring what was already up in the ceiling, and adding a switch outside for our string lights (or whatever else we choose to plug into that outlet).
