New Water Heater Install and Under-Desk Outlet Upgrade

Two separate problems. One visit to fix them both. That's exactly what happened here - a failing water heater and a workspace that had zero convenient power access.

The water heater side of this job involved swapping out the old unit for a Chronomite Instant-Flow tankless model. Tankless heaters heat water on demand, so there's no tank sitting around losing heat all day. The electrical connection was run through flexible metal conduit and tied into a dedicated outlet - clean, safe, and done to code.

The second part of this job was the outlet installation under the desk. No more running extension cords across the floor or fighting for a plug across the room. We mounted a recessed outlet box directly into the desk panel, giving the workspace clean, right-there access to power. It's a small change that makes a huge difference when you're sitting at that desk every single day.
